Water Store Returns

We want to do our best to make sure that you have an enjoyable shopping experience with us. We strive to offer the highest quality products and understand that you might want to return items from time to time. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any item in its original condition along with your receipt or packing list, for any reason, within 30 days of receipt. We will gladly replace your items or issue a full refund to the original form of payment. If your return is the result of our error, we’ll also refund the original shipping charges. When making a return, please keep the following in mind:

  • items must be in new condition
  • items should be packed in the original shipping box
  • be sure you have your original receipt or packing slip
  • large items may require special return handling, so please read instructions carefully
  • keep your return information in a safe location for future reference

Note: Returns that are not the result of our error will be subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund.


Return Instructions

  1. Go to 'My Account' - from the drop down menu select 'Orders Placed in the Last 6 Months' and select 'Go'
  2. Sign into Your Account
  3. Locate the order and select 'View Order' button
  4. Locate the item you wish to return and select 'Return an Item'
  5. Follow the directions on the screen and ship via insured and prepaid to the address on the paperwork (large items may have special labeling and handling requirements)

Returning Damaged Merchandise Purchased Online

Merchandise that is damaged in transit may be returned following the same instructions as a regular return, provided you contact us within 30 days of the original shipment date – simply indicate the shipment was damaged as your reason for the return. Additionally, if you have merchandise that is defective and you are within 30 days of the original shipment date, please follow the regular returns process. If you have merchandise that is defective and you are outside the 30 days from the date of original shipped date, please call (800) 432-3952 for a warranty resolution. Be sure that you provide proof of purchase and date purchased in order to ensure satisfactory assistance.
